Major events are temporary cities with their own challenges. Trade fair visitors get lost in extensive halls, miss important lectures or do not find relevant exhibitors. Conference participants wander between meeting rooms, while networking areas remain empty because no one can find them. Event staff spend more time on route information than on productive tasks. International guests struggle with language barriers, and short-term program changes do not reach all participants. The result: frustrated visitors who miss out on important contacts and exhibitors who complain about a lack of frequency.
Digital navigation efficiently guides visitors through your event. Whether to the main stage, to the exhibition stand you are looking for or to the next workshop — the system shows the direct route through halls and levels. Integration into existing event apps is possible; alternatively, navigation works directly in the browser without a download. Visitors can search for exhibitors, topics, or event points. The platform also runs on local information terminals and digital signposts.
LinkHubs at strategic points replace static program boards and provide dynamic event information. QR codes at entrances, stages or meeting points show current program items, speaker information or workshop details. Short-term changes — postponed lectures, room changes or special events — are added centrally and are immediately visible to all visitors. The timed playback makes it possible to show different content in the morning than in the afternoon.
International trade fairs and conferences attract visitors from all over the world. The navigation supports multiple languages and adapts to user preferences. Exhibitor names, hall names and directions are displayed in the selected language. International guests find their way around without language skills and don't miss any important program items. Event staff can also call up multilingual work instructions.
Every event has its own layout — and this often changes during the event. With the Map Console, you can create and modify event plans yourself. Exhibition stands are being added, stages are positioned, catering areas are marked. For events lasting several days, you can activate other areas every day or consider modifications. After the event, the layout is archived and can be used as a template for subsequent events.
